Does there seem to be diversity at Securitas?

...Poor work life balance, pay inequality, cannot follow their own rules and processes, they expect you to work in your personal time with no compensation, they don’t look in to complaints properly (your word against theirs), toxic work culture which comes from the top down, claims to be focusing on diversity and inclusion but there is no diversity in their top level management, claim to have pay equality but when you speak to different managers across the business there is no consistency when it comes to pay, flexible working is not an option even though they expect you to work all hours of the day to ‘get the job done’ (yes, that’s in the job description), claim to care about your mental health but don’t care about giving anyone a proper work life balance (here’s an app where you can do yoga in none of the free time you have), cannot follow their own hr processes so you spend a lot of time sitting in various hr meetings, they run a restructure process annually so job security doesn’t exist....Read More
