I submitted an application via their online portal. A recruiter contacted me with a link to schedule a meeting with the hiring manager. When I went to click the link approximately two hours after they sent it, the link was broken or potentially had already been disabled by then. I sent an email to the recruiter asking for an updated or functional link, which was then followed by a canned rejection letter. I don't mind it when people make mistakes, but I would prefer it if they own up to it rather than being unprofessional.
