Phone interview, very unprofessional. They like to catch you off guard when you're unprepared. Causing you too fail.My interviewer was very rude and I believe she made a conference call so she can display my shyness and somewhat unprepared answers to her co workers.

Series of questions Based on my personality, behavioral and customer servicing, my availability how do I interact with People, customers.Then I had to go on the sales floor and watch the Hiring Manager ask custumers questions and try to get them to get an appointment set up. Pretty much watch him and his example then I had to try and he gave me feedback. Then we went back and he asked me some other information.
