The interview process consisted of a recruiter video call that went great. Then onto the hiring manager which went even greater. She stated she felt very confident in this decision when referring to me. Then onto the final interview on campus with the hiring manager and the team. The team did not show “due to weather” (unprofessional at its finest). The campus looks like it hasn’t been dusted or cleaned in many years. During the interview she was showing me what I would be doing and explaining the robots and processes to me. The final interview went great. After leaving I got an email from the recruiter asking for 3 professional references. I supplied my references and my references let me know they all got a 30 minute call that “felt like an interview” and said it went great. Then that Friday the recruiter reached out to me and let me know I would have a decision next week. Late into the week I got an automated denial email. Complete waste of my time and dragged me along the process for 2 months and was completely unprofessional. I should have saw the red flags. I recommend even apply for this place. I know I will never be applying here again.
To add that in 2026 their systems and process are archaic and vintage. Seems like they don’t care to put in the effort to be more efficient in a technological age.
