They contacted me for a video interview, we scheduled the interview and they did not show up. When we rescheduled, they did show up and they would not look at their screen, they were busy typing or working on something else and then they just kept asking the same questions over and over. It was bizarre and a very uncomfortable experience.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
