Interview
After applying online, HR sends you a link through which the interview is conducted. There were like seven interview questions. Questions are average like what are your weaknesses and tell me about the time where you had a difficult customer and how did you dealt with it. I had trouble conencting through my computer so I did my interview via my cell phone. I was supposed to get only one chance to save for each question, but I was allowed to save several times, so I dont know the end result.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
