They don't tell you whether you got the job or not. You can be waiting weeks for a response from HR, but if the posting's down, and you haven't heard from them, you probably didn't get it.

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
