There's two interviews after a phone one, nice people however feels like a tedious process due to the time it takes. My overall process through the 3 stages took around 3 months for such a low position, I feel it's unacceptable.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Interview
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
