basic interview more focus on behaviour aspect. they test your burden handling capacity and customer service skills. it is more on behavioural side. they are easy going. you need to be confident.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
