They interviewed me for the role even though I hadn’t the experience they required. So it went downhill. I asked them to interview for the position I had experience in.

Telephone interview (Recruiter) - 30 minutes, followed by one face to face interview (45 minutes) with a Director and an Agile Coach focusing in my previous experience. After this I got an offer the following day
