Had an initial phone screening with a recruiter that did not end up moving forward. Position had been open for a while and have 100+ applicants. Not sure if it was filled but a similar role was posted shortly after they stopped accepting applications.
The interview process was well-structured and efficient. Meetings with HR and the hiring manager were scheduled promptly, allowing for a smooth and timely progression through each stage. Communication was clear throughout, and expectations were set appropriately. Overall, the process reflected a high level of professionalism.

Describe how you work with the cross functional team?
