Laid back interview, the management is very young. They will sit you in the conference room, offer you a drink and begin the discussion. Most of the conversation is to learn about the kind of person that you are, what you like to do for fun, etc

Interview
It started with two phone interviews which were very easy and your basic phone interviews. They asked questions and got to know you. One in-person interview with two managers that was behavioral questions. Nothing too hard. If they take you out on the floor then you basically have the job. Offered job on the spot.
