The first interview is to record you answering some general questions, they make contact with me 2 and a half months later for an interview with a manager, that went really good, also general questions about the role and my background. After that they said that their boss will review the candidates and then communicate their decision next week (even if it is a yes or no) and I'm still waiting lol. I mean it's okay if they find someone that at their pov fits better for the position but I think it was really unprofessional to just ghost candidates, not even an automatic email
