Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a written test that assessed memory and analytical skills through problem-solving and knowledge retention questions. The second round was termed a technical interview but predominantly involved HR-style questions, focusing on evaluating cultural fit, communication abilities, and general behavioral responses. The final round was an HR interview, which explored your background, career aspirations, and alignment with the company's values, including discussions about your experiences, strengths, weaknesses, and salary expectations.
