I recently had a great interview experience consisting of some online questions. Here's a summary: Introduction: I was asked to briefly introduce myself. Role Knowledge: They inquired about my understanding of the role I was applying for. Experience: I shared my relevant past work experience. Skills: I highlighted the key skills I bring to the job. Problem-Solving: I gave an example of a problem I successfully solved. Teamwork: They asked about my experience working in teams. Adaptability: I discussed how I handle change or challenges. Motivation: I explained my motivation for wanting this role. Company Knowledge: They tested my knowledge about the company.

The interview process includes recording yourself on Hirevue, and then followed by an interview. The whole process is straight forward, but for someone who has not tried Hirevue before they should practice a few times before recording.
