I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Vellore) in Jun 2013
Interview
The interview lasted for 45 minutes and I was interview by senior directors of the company. It was a friendly interview. They wanted to know me as a person. They looked at my grades but was more interested in knowing what extracurricular activities I participated in. They were checking for leadership skills and team working skills. They wanted to know more about every situation I told them , so probed a lot.
A tip to applicants will be to have a solid story (STAR model) for anything you put on your resume!
There is a digital interview that includes 6 questions. The first 4 questions are some basic questions. 2 questions in English, 1 in Cantonese, and 1 in Mandarin. The last 2 questions are your expected graduate date and expected salary.
