Review process good. Start with an HR Supervisor, then finance officer, then CFO and go back to HR Director. Usually they do face to face or via Hirevue. I would say it was an efficient way of getting candidates. Process took 4+ weeks to finish the entire process. HR people were nice. They will ask you your current compensation, what is important to you. Described also Schneider as a company and their history

The interview process was fast. I was cold called for the HR portion which was jarring but the interview with the team was pleasant. I think we did not fit and so a few days later they did not extend an offer. I appreciated how fast they came to a conclusion instead of dragging it out. Overall, I would definitely apply again.
