First there was a phone interview which lasted 30mins, then it took almost 2 weeks to have second interview which lasted a little under 20mins. No feed back or call back. Very poor interview process

Interview
HR interview. Followed up with interviews with business managers and my manager. Got a call back from HR to schedule interviews and do background checks. Took a few weeks to get through interviews and get an offer.
