Phone interview initially followed up by in-person interview. Met with a panel of 4 people. Questions were typical such as why should we hire you? The company itself is impressive; they are located in a brand new building. Seems like a fantastic company to work for.

The HR team is so unprofessional, instead of taking all rounds including final offer, they'll never tell you that they're still looking for other option
they wasted my 3 months,
First was a phone screening with a recruiter, then a current executive assistant, HRBP, chief of staff. Final interview was with the direct manager. Whole process took about three weeks from initial phone screening
