It took me a total of 3 interviews which consisted of one through HireVue, which is a computer video recording of several composed questions, then a phone interview, and lastly an on-site interview with the Director.

Spoke with university recruitment over the email, then got a phone call. Within a week, I was interviewing at the location. About a week after that I got the offer.

The process was completely unique. The initial interview was answering a timed set of questions in front of a webcam. Managers would then review the vidoes at their convenience. The second interview was a telephonic one.
