For the first interview the process was trough internet with both video questions and written questions.
The last part of the process is in groups in one of their locations.

I applied to the ADP program when I was an intern. My only interview was a phone call and I received an offer an hour later. I had been interning for Schneider Electric for a year before I applied to the program and this probably played a big part in why my interview process was so short.
