Saucey interview questions

Sat me down and had me figure out a logistics puzzle. Pertained to the job ahead. Was informative and educational, I didn't get it right, but learned instantly what the job required and did well after.

Had several interviews over a month. Each came only after I followed up a week after. After the third interview I was asked for references and assured they would be making a final decision within days. Lastly, I interviewed with the CEO and again assured they would be making a decision within the next couple of days. I kindly followed up multiple times over the following weeks. Never heard any response from anyone.
