There is an initial interview with the HR and a director
Final interview with a director, manager and CFO. They ask questions that are situational and also personality related to your choices.
Also entails a aptitude test

Interview
I didn't have a formal interview due to the nature of my job and how I attained it, but I did have a sit-down with the branch manager where I was to work. She was kind, curious and very professional about it.
