I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sandpiper
Interview
I first attended a video interview with the local HR, after which I was assigned an assessment to be completed within 48 hours. I submitted it as requested, and shortly after, I was informed that I had been shortlisted for a quick call with the HR Director based in France. The process initially seemed promising, and I felt confident about my chances. However, the outcome was ultimately disappointing — the HR Director appeared to underestimate my capabilities despite the effort I put into the assignment, implying that my experiences had some gaps & did not meet their expectations. Local HR was good, however, I felt that the process should have been done in a better way so that only the chosen/selected candidate will be assigned to do the assignment after both HR keen on that particular candidate since we’re taking time off to complete this. If the assignment I did was not up to par, I wouldn’t have been “shortlisted” for a quick call with the HR director only to be told that my experiences doesn’t align with the qualities that they are looking for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sandpiper (Hong Kong)
Interview
Slow process and the interviewer seemed a bit unbothered to be there. It was ok but didn't like the very last minute approach. Took an interview on video, a phone call and a writing task
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sandpiper (Singapore) in Nov 2022
Interview
A dinner with who would be my line manager, followed by a writing test to test strategic thinking. There wasn't an official interview with any of the leads, so it was more of a culture and job fit.
