Interview
The first interview was with the HR Manager followed by two face-to-face interviews with Sand Cherry Sr. Consultants. They look for cultural fit more than technical skills. I would highly suggest reading Patrick Lencioni's Naked Truth to get a clear picture of Sand Cherry - it truly describes this consulting firm.
