Waste of time as HR to the interviewer has no idea what to ask. All the positive reviews you see are mostly done or asked to put, so that they cover up the actual feedbacks. Don't expect any good because of the brand name. I had given couple of interviews here, and all the time interviewer doesn't know what to ask, how to evaluate a candidate. For asking the questions also they are Google dependent. Here I will mention all the teams, segments and how they are, where they stand. HR - lazy, idle, don't know anything, but have the attitude of running the entire company. Entry level tech team - lost somewhere, don't know what they are doing is good enough for their career because of lack of proper guidance from seniors. Mid level tech team - two kind of people, one who is genuinely working and other are acting like working. Always the acting category people are getting benefits and advantages, the working people are becoming just the victims. High level tech team - some are really good into their job and plans. But mostly, the seniors like PM, TL have considered into the pension or government job. No proper plans, morale, thinking and only trying to finish this month get salary. Same cycle repeating. They don't hire people who are good or more knowledgeable or experienced, because the current people feel insecure. Other Aspects, Politics - High Regional based favoritism - High Innovative work - Low Work culture - Slavery Work space - Very clumsy Technical stand - Medium (these people time travel backwards, no new technologies used) I had an intern, who asks more sensible questions than the interviewer. Don't take any chance of getting into this office. The mindset is simple - HRs hire who expect less salary, later those will leave the organization after seeing salary discrepancy, then HRs start looking for new candidates. This cycle they keep on to show that they are working. Even if you are giving interviews here because of the circumstances, don't ever give the full details of your logics used or solutions implemented. The interviewers are so cunning that they represent your idea as theirs.
