The questions asked were ones that I expected, nothing too challenging to answer. When meeting with the PI they explained their research and asked about why I was interested in it.
Process was extensive but not intimidating. They really want to make sure you're up to the task but were easy to talk to. They were willing to teach what was limited in order to fit the job description.
