They called me to set up and interview within the next 5 days. I was given a general tour of the spa, but no specifics. The interview took place in essentially a closet and the interviewer seemed a bit new to the process. The questions were pretty standard.

There were 2 managers at the initial interview. I was not offered that position but was invited to return to interview shortly afterwards for other open positions. I also answered a personality test they sent me prior to coming in for the in person interview.
