I interviewed with Salamander Hotel at 1 PM on Friday, Aug 15, 2025 and I arrived 15 minutes early. I met with Stefan, the IT Director. The interview itself went smoothly — we had a great conversation, and I was even given a tour of the hotel. The discussion lasted until about 2:30 PM. Stefan mentioned I answered some questions well and explained they were in the process of building out their IT team. He even asked if I knew other candidates they might be interested in. I was told I would hear back the following Wednesday. Unfortunately, I never received any communication. Despite following up multiple times with Stefan, I was completely ghosted and never given any update on the role or decision.
