Interview
The interview is a 4 stage process. 1. Written Exam 2. Interview with IT Operations head 3. Interview with technology leaders/MD/HR Head 4. Meeting with Executive Director. The most difficult parts are the first 2 stages. Stages 3 and 4 are just tests of cultural fit.
