1:1 with head pro, very easy to talk to and was more of a conversation than an interview. Had the job walking in because of a recommendation so it was more of a formality than anything. He showed me what I was going to be doing most of the interview.

Very easy calm environment. Interview, tour of work area, drug test, background check, paperwork, orientation discussing benefits, meeting of executives and managers. Orientation is about six to seven hours breakfast and lunch included. Procedures for emergency evactuations.
