Interview
3 step process. 3 interviews. 1 HR, 2 Manger, 3 Director/VP Level. Started with Phone interview, then went onsite for the 3 interview process with leadership. About 3-4 hours worth of time. Alot of questions and they are looking for descriptive detail to each answer. Numbers may be brought up when they are trying to figure out where you should fall within the SPS Role Hierarchy.
