Very easy interview process but please do not fall for this since they are not themselves sure if they really want to take the person onboard. I had gone through all the rounds pretty well and made my path to the listed job position. first round- HR phonescreen after 2 weeks, got the phone call for second round with Manager(*No follow up email response from HR) second round- Phone interview with the manager which was pretty decent.(asking for more and more technologies but not sure on what they want from you!!) same, took 2 weeks to reply Third round(Suppose to be final)- onsite interview with all the folks in the group/team. Couple of technical questions and coding because of the VP was WFH, one more phone call round with her was extended. Finally, the last round-phone screen with VP(just like HR talk, did not make any sense talking to) after all this, I got Call from HR saying-we are thinking of on-boarding you but, I will confirm in 2days immediately, next day, got email from HR saying, we are no longer filling this position. So frustrating!!!if you are not sure on filling position, why the heck do you even take interviews. please make your mind first and then waste people's time and energy. WASTE OF TIME!!!
