There were three rounds of interviews with the Hiring Managers and the Head of the Department and multiple other people in the company and then I had to do an elaborate case study and present that as a final interview, only to be ghosted afterwards. I spent a long time preparing for interviews and the case study, and I didn’t even receive a generic “thanks for your interest” email. I reached out to the people who interviewed me multiple times but never heard back from them or from the HR.
