SHRM interview questions

Video call interview lasted 30 minutes. Was asked to discuss my background and why I applied, I was also asked some basic questions about account management and how I prioritize my accounts and how I engage with them daily, weekly, monthly. Was promised follow up which never happened. This is an HR Association - they should know better.

Too many rounds with different people that are not in alignment of what the position is. For an organization that sets HR standards I expected them to be more professional in their processes.
