The interview had multiple rounds - HR Screen, Hiring Manager, Peer Interview, an exhaustive case study/assignment where they are literally looking for a complete content plan followed by another executive round. HR was good at timely updates however the process was very confusing in terms of what they are actually looking for.

How did you handle PMM activities in previous org ?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SHI International in Oct 2025
Interview
Starts with a HR round, hiring manager , team member , assignment and then a round with leadership. After all the rounds HR mentioned a thank note and that they will continue search looking for other candidates. I believe its a waste of candidates time and energy plus SHI gets assignment done at free of cost and this can help their future strategies. My suggestion : Have a clear discussion at what they are looking in a candidate and only if you match , go ahead with the assignment round. Its exhaustive and SHI ends up taking candidates for a ride.
