Three rounds were conducted during the selection process. The first comprised an assessment designed to evaluate one’s financial acumen, arithmetic proficiency, and comprehension skills. The second entailed a technical interview, wherein I was questioned on financial metrics such as MOIC and IRR, together with their respective formulae. The discussion further extended to various classes of investment—both Alternative and Traditional—as well as performance measures including LTM, QTD, and YTD. The third and final round was a client-facing interaction, during which an American client of the firm requested me to elucidate certain financial terms, expound upon selected portfolios, and provide cogent responses to questions derived from the data presented.
