SEMI interview questions

3 level weak process. No one was technical until CTO level and CTO didnt asked anything technical as well. Couldn't understand why I haven't chosen. The company needs some people who knows what they are doing.

HR screen - HM screen - panel interviews - 2nd interview with a VP - no offer. Feedback received: responses did not fully align with the adaptable and collaborative style they foster. I don't believe that's the reason, but I guess they'll realize in time that they chose the wrong candidate.
