Interview
They called and scheduled an in-person interview. The interview was barely 10 minutes. They didn't ask me any behavioral or past experience questions. Just asked about location, commute, salary expectation, and software proficiency. And then asked me to send them info of 2 references, which I did. Then, nothing. No reply to my emails or LinkedIn messages.
Unprofessional Interview. Did not discuss job I had applied for or experience. At the end when they brought up pay I was told that they are not actually hiring for the position they posted so they would have to offer me a lower position and pay. Waste of time.

Interview
Met with management for 45min, they explained the company and the growth opportunities. Presented my portfolio and walk them through special projects and skill sets used. It was not a difficult interview management is relaxed and do not give off the corporate feel you see in other architectural firms.
