It was great to have an interview directly with the person this role would report to, rather than a HR screening (not common these days). The interview was structured as more of a two-way conversation, and nothing out of the ordinary. I enjoyed our conversation and thought it went well, but it was disappointing to receive a rejection the next day with no feedback whatsoever.
