4 rounds of interviews moved and it moved pretty quickly until it was time to give an offer after the final round. I had to follow up to see if a decision was made, I was not notified sooner that I did not get the role

3 rounds of technical interview.... Finance, otc derivatives,QA, project manager, BA, jira stories, Sql, Excel etc. Quant tests are also taken.... communication should be top notch.... ability to work hard, tight timelines

It was disjointed, delayed and full of bad communication. I felt like they had no coordination in their discussions with me and I wasn't valued. Wouldn't recommend the process at all.
