Interview
The interview process starts with a phone screening in which they will ask you a few basic questions to judge your knowledge of financial statements.
After this, they will invite you for an on-site test and interview. The test will be one hour long and will test your financial knowledge through multiple-choice questions. Basic stuff. The interview will be a basic interview in which they will want to get to know you and they will ask you questions on how you responded to a particular sort of situation in a previous situation.
The final interview will be with the hiring managers which will be a similar interview to the previous one, only it will be with a panel of four.

I got a random call from HR explaining the role and asking if I’m interested for an interview > Interview with HR > Interview with Site Managers > Interview with Direct Manager
