Video interview after the online application process. It is a motivational and competency based interview - 8 questions and 2 or 3 minutes for each question. Be prepared about the company and the reasons why you are applying. No technical questions.
two rounds of telephone interviews. The first round is pretty standard fit questions, the second round was slightly more technical but very basic questions such as basic accounting. Definitely one of the best run recruiting processes I have experienced so far. Don't be thrown if one of your telephone interviews is with someone from a different country to the one that you applied in.
