Interview
Its a long procedure and there are 4 rounds of interview. First call is a surprise call. HR is helpful and accommodating.Job descriptions are shared so one can prepare very well. Somtimes last round of interview is delayed due to non availability of US based management.
4 rounds of interviews moved and it moved pretty quickly until it was time to give an offer after the final round. I had to follow up to see if a decision was made, I was not notified sooner that I did not get the role

Interview
It was disjointed, delayed and full of bad communication. I felt like they had no coordination in their discussions with me and I wasn't valued. Wouldn't recommend the process at all.

3 rounds, one assessment then technical & last HR round . It was time taking process. Salary is negotiable & company benifits are very good with good work culture. Competitive environment
