Really really easy interview. Very high chances of getting hired for anyone. But, seems a lot of work which is why they hire a lot of people. Good for intl students because they take a lot of them in and help with ssn
The entire process is very light hearted and simple. I scheduled the interview online and It was a single interview (+screening) and got the call back afterwards. A big part of the phone interview is to see if you're comfortable on the phone.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ruffalo Noel Levitz (Arizona City, AZ) in Nov 2021
Interview
First was a phone interview, then manager interview then panel interview. It was intimidating for the pay they offered. I felt like they were really accommodating and friendly. Engaged positively and it was nice to meet a team that has worked there. One was late to the meeting and that was a little annoying.
