Submit CV on company jobs portal. Half an hour values and behaviour questionnaire before the interview. Initial chat with HR. Two interviews - Skills based and competency. Structured interview with one interviewer asking and one interviewer observing
The interview focused on my project management methodologies, specifically how I handle scope creep and stakeholder communication. I detailed my experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets to deliver high-impact results on time.
