First step is to solve multiple easy case studies. Then follow 2 interviews with a panel of 3 - 5 interviewers. The last round is a 3 back-to-back-to-back interview with a panel of 3-5 interviewers. Process is agile and you will get your offer after 3-4 weeks from initial contact. People are very nice. Great benefits (you can negotiate PTO), but salary is low.
