      Senior UX Designer Interview

      10 Feb 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Espoo
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rovio Entertainment (Espoo)

      Interview

Overall, I felt the interview process was clear and was well communicated. Each step had a clear agenda with expectations, and the recruiter had good, open communications. The interview steps had people from different positions and points of view, which made it feel like a holistic process rather than just optimizing output. The general impression was that everyone acted like sensible, caring human beings. The only negative point, which I did communicate to the hiring team, was that the proof-of-skills exercise used improving features of their own live game, which does strike to me as somewhat suspicious.
