Interview
I applied online and the hr person emailed me same day and was really eager and nice to do round one of interviews. Round one went really well which was a phone interview and it went really well. Then they set up my 2 final interviews. I go into the city and one of the people doesn’t even come. I met with this horrible girl who showed up late and just gave me blank stares. She told me if she still felt I was a good fit she would reschedule my other interview. I just don’t understand what went wrong. She told me she would be in touch in a week over a week went by and I didn’t hear anything so I reached out and we had a telephone appt that she called me 15 mins late to and said they went another candidate. Just really unclear. Horrible
inpersonal, recruiter seemed like she did not want to be there, loud and noisy background. QUick interview boring behavioral questions. We reviewed my resume. Thats reall all. Werid skills tests and excel tests.

Interview
I went through and introduction interview, and was told that the main team lead was on vacation, but would go through formal interviews once they got back. I sent multiple emails in the coming month, even just to get an official NO. The job is still posted and I have never been contacted again.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
The interview went ok but they never closed the loop with me/didn't tell me that they weren't going to proceed with me as a candidate. She asked me about the salary I wanted and seemed taken aback by what I asked for even though I don't think it was unreasonable.
