I applied online. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Green Bay, WI) in Jun 2016
Interview
Very informative of the company and lots of open ended questions about my future with the company. The interviewer was very nice and talked positively about the company itself when I asked him what he liked about working there.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself with the company 5 years from now?
The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations
Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.
I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
